Bionical Solutions Bolsters Clinical Services Team

Willington, UK, 7 June 2022 – Bionical Solutions, a leading provider of technology enabled engagement and healthcare services to global pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare companies and the NHS, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Lindsey (nee Hill) as Account Director and promotion of Ben Driver to Business Development Director with immediate effect.

Stephanie has over 20 years’ industry experience, having held multiple managerial roles at leading international pharmaceutical companies including Takeda and MSD, where she was responsible for implementing and coordinating patient services and nurse programmes across EUCAN and UK. Previously Head of Patient Solutions in the UK for Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare, Stephanie has worked cross multiple therapy areas, and supported patients with long term conditions and rare diseases. Stephanie first joined Ashfield in 2002 as a Rheumatology nurse advisor, having spent 24 years as a registered nurse for the NHS.

Ben Driver has over 19 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in both commercial and clinical roles, ranging from Medical Sales Management via Training and Pharmaceutical Sales as well as managing a Commercial Contact Centre for one of the country’s largest pharmaceutical and vaccine companies for three years. Ben joined Bionical Solutions in January 2019, and has been focussed on providing excellent systems, processes and data reporting for Bionical’s clinical services and has gained great insight into what healthcare professionals require from their interactions and communications with clients.
